Kelly Nolan
Hi, I’m Kelly Nolan and I have been working in executive search and recruitment for more than 16 years. I started my business, KMN Consult, in 2020 because I am passionate about finding the most talented people in the market for every assignment. Being at the helm of my own company allows me to help people through every step of the recruitment process. I use a combination of research, networking and direct but professional headhunting.
I’m a people person and getting to know my clients and what makes them tick is very important to me. That’s why at KMN Consult you will always receive a personal and professional service where placing the right people in the perfect role is my priority.
I am guided by three basic principles – honesty, integrity and clear communication.
Outside of work I am the proud ‘mum’ to my beautiful Cocker Spaniel, Harper, and I also love spending time with my family and friends.
I enjoy keeping fit including going to the gym and getting out and about for long walks.
